Great location and view, convenient to all north shore adventures or as a base for the whole island. Appreciated the amenities (especially the washer/dryer) as this was our second island. The ability to sit inside or outside with great views was a bonus. We did note that noise from other units could be an issue (the floors are thin as others note), but had no real concerns ourselves - it was a quiet, relaxing 5 days. Bed is extremely comfortable. The hike to the isolated Sealodge beach is challenging if it has rained, but we learned to take a more direct path from A building which made it a bit easier. We had a great stay at Sealodge. We loved drinking coffee in the mornings on the little deck looking at the beach.Just a heads up that the hike down to the beach is a little difficult after rain - very muddy! A beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. Space flowed naturally and was comfortable. AC worked well when opening the windows wasn’t enough. The whole neighborhood isn’t close to the beach per se. Apparently there is a trail to take you down to a beach but I didn’t take it. Pool is nice. Bed is comfortable and linens are clean. Shower was nice but definitely a design issue keeping the water in the shower enclosure. Kitchen seemed well stocked although we mostly made coffee. Some beach gear is there but don’t plan on using it since it’s is old, falling apart, or cheap. Wife said she heard people walking around upstairs a lot but I wasn’t in the room to hear. Access could be an issue with mobility challenges. Kinda steep path from the parking lot and some steps to navigate. Not an issue for us but should be noted. In all the beautiful surroundings and views, peaceful area and comfortable bed would make us come back to stay in the future. Mahalo

What an amazing stay we had in Todd and Jocelyn’s condo. This was actually our second stay here; we loved it so much the first time that we came back three years later! The bed is comfortable, the ac is cool and the views are amazing. Plus the condo had everything we needed to cook meals and all the gear for heading to the beach. Our stay at Todd’s place was amazing. The apartment is modern, air-conditioned and has beautiful views. The only issue we had was that it wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The floor was noticeably dirty and sandy and the couch also needed cleaning. We spent a week at this location for a birthday celebration. With lots of booked excursions and activities throughout the week with some rest and relaxation sprinkled in here and there. We didn't mind the 1 hour plus drive to many of our favorite places. It was worth the views from every window and the peaceful quiet park like setting. We had such a great stay at Todd's place for the Kauai leg of our honeymoon! The ocean views were incredible. The apartment felt so private and romantic. It was on the smaller side. This did not bother us since we did not spend much time there-- however, if you're looking for a place to cook meals and chill at home, you might want a bigger place. For our needs, it was perfect and we'd definitely stay again. The nature trails on the property were a big plus. The view in this place is insane! The condo is well equipped with anything you will need, washer and dryer is also a plus, especially while doing beachy activities. If you have an upstairs neighbor though, they can be a little bit loud as the walls seem to be a bit thin. well, first, the place was modern, clean, and had a well equipped kitchen. we appreciated the bag of coffee and access to an in-house washer and dryer. however, we were miserable much of the time due to the people in the apartment above us walking loudly. they would start their clomping around 5am and would continue until around 7 or 8am. the clomping would then start again in the evening, which was very distracting and downright annoying. we tried to be courteous to those in the place below us, walking as cautiously as possible. the floors/ceilings must be very thin or poorly i slated because the noise from above was practically unbearable. never again.

Wonderful condo in the Sealodge complex. The views are incredible and the modern renovations and A/C are a big plus compared to some of the older units in the complex I've stayed in. Its a perfect spot for a couple enjoying the north shore with easy parking, nearby access to Sealodge beach and not too far of a drive to the nearby towns. Having an in-unit washer and dryer as a big plus towards the end of our trip and the condo's furnishing were nice and comfortable. Photos can't do that view justice! You're literally 50 feet from the edge of the cliff looking off the lanai over the ocean. Great little place. Unique design and layout. Not your average rental condo design for sure, which was refreshing. My wife was happy to discover a small set of dumbbells in the closet, which she enjoyed using for her morning workouts. This place is perfect. Stop looking and just book it! Princeville is such a wonder part of the island. Definitely recommend checking out the beach directly beneath the condo. One of the best beaches we saw in 8 days and super private (don’t tell the whole internet!) place was so clean. AC ice cold. Ice maker works great. Beach gear, snorkel chairs umbrella towels everything you need! Todd’s place was in the perfect location in Princeville, located right next to the water where you see the sunrise from your bed every morning. The bed was very comfortable and there’s even a little area to read a book while listening to the ocean waves. There is beach equipment provided that came in handy when having a beach day.
